The iVA Talent Tour is a community led, nation wide, High School talent competition highlighting the hidden talent in under-resourced communities.
Through the BLOC LOVE Foundation, local leaders are able to work together to produce quality talent showcases for young visionaries to use their creative gifts and unique talents to inspire their community.
The top talent receives cash prize + resources to advance their creative career.
What we do
This project provides an opportunity for creative professionals to partner with their community in reaching and inspiring over 100,000+ young creatives in California and across the nation - through an annual high school talent tour.

Phase 1
Sign Up Auditions
Register for the talent tour and submit your audition video online (#iVaTalentTour) to showcase your talent to the world. Get all your supporters to vote for you on every social post (@iVaTalentTour) so you can be the 1 and only student recognized as "The People's Choice" and automatically advance directly to the Finals with no competition until April 29th.

Phase 2

All other participating students will create a series of videos to share with Industry Professionals, who will rate overall content and provide helpful feedback for improvement in each round. These Talent Coaches and Influencers will give unique talent challenges that test creative skill, and provide resources for your visionary creation process.

Final Project and Grand Finale
25 Semi-finalists from across California will have 21 days to activate a Visionary Impact Project, and generate votes in order to advance to the Grand Finale. Their presentations are judged, a winner is selected to receive a $5000 cash prize, and everyone else gets additional resources and prizes based on their overall accumulative score.

Our goal is to impart priceless, irrevocable entrepreneurial wisdom in the hearts and minds of young creatives in under-resourced neighborhoods so they can always possess the tools necessary for maximizing their creative imaginations; ensuring they never forget how to turn their ideas into profitable opportunities so they can live fulfilling lives that enrich others around them.
